Blue Winds

Into The Fields Collection. Born out of Alison’s desire to paint from her many photographs of natural settings across the US. Particularly Lands End, CA, Bucks County, PA, Texas country fields, Santa Fe, NM and Beaufort, NC. As a child she lived in the country on a lake in the Midwest. Curious, explorative and imaginative as a child she spent days in the fields chasing butterflies, smelling the grass and hiding in tall grass.

Everything Alison creates is based on her mood and emotions at the moment. She is able to translate imagery, and there is a real intention and meaning behind every painting. Alison wants whoever looks at her landscapes to feel complete, serenity and remain hopeful more than anything else. Landscapes and abstracts to her are meant to be painted as simple but dramatic with a misty kind of effect. Her ideas are drawn from her travels all over the world. She currently works in her studio in Doylestown,PA.
